7-layer carton is composed of 3 corrugated layers, 2 surface layers and 2 interlayers between 3 corrugated layers.

– Face layer: The outermost layer of paper is usually flat and smooth paper printed with logo or necessary information.

– Corrugated layer: consists of 3 layers of corrugated paper, which has the effect of creating rigidity and bearing capacity for the carton.

– Lining: Is 2 layers of paper alternating 2 between 3 layers of waves

– Bottom layer: The layer of paper is the same as the surface layer or can be thicker and harder to support in supporting the carton more firmly.
