Specification
- Manufactured according to ASTM standards as well as world leading technology. With a system of modern machinery, it helps to mass produce cartons with precise parameters. Box size is almost no error.
- The bond between the paper layers of the carton is a hydrogen bond. This bond does not have the help of any other adhesive but is extremely durable and difficult to separate.
- Products are manufactured in accordance with the carton manufacturing standards of markets such as Japan or the US. With these standards, it is possible to pack the goods for export to customers.
Structural features
- The box is composed of paper carton sheet and adhesive. Cardboard sheets are cut in a flat form and then glued to close the 4 sides of the box.
- Cardboard paper is composed of 2 layers of plain paper and 1 corrugated layer to help ensure the paper structure.
The outer layer of paper is usually smooth, flat and tough, followed by the regular A-wave paper and finally the clear layer.
2. Applications
